I Performed Cervical Traction At Home For The First Time

I performed cervical traction at home for the first time doing 2 to 3 minutes with 14 lbs. I did this 3 times. Once I was done I felt really dizzy, tingling in arms and hands, and really uneasy. It's been about 2 hours and most symptoms have cleared but I still feel dizzy and my head just feels like a lot of pressure. Is there something I can do to get relief?
