I Performed Lasik Surgery From 4 Months Before Lasik Left

I performed lasik surgery from 4 months
before lasik

left -4.25 -0.5 astigmatism
Right -3.75 -0.75 astigmatism

but still i feel uncomfort and there is headache in my neck left side and blurry vision in the left side and small digital letters can,t be seen by left

after check with doctor it seems that in the operation he did for the left

-4.25 -0.25 astigmatism

he forgot -0.25 astogmatism

is it the problem and how can i solve it??!!!
