I Piched A Nerve In My Neck On 10-26-15. I

I piched a nerve in my neck on 10-26-15. I woke up with a lot of pain after falling asleep in a scrunched position. I went to Urgent care 5 days later and was given muscle relaxers. the pain persisted until approximately Dec. 27th. I still had tingling and numbness in my left arm and continue to have these symptoms. I am just completing physical therapy 2 x per week since November. How can I stop the tingling and numbness?
