I Picked Up A Heavy Aquarium, Had To Toss It

I picked up a heavy aquarium, had to toss it aside, to avoid dropping it on my large tortoise. I went to the right sharply, then twisted back and hit the door frame in my greenhouse. It just hurts so bad, and it seems to move around the muscle on the right and left side of my spine. Any advice?
