I Plan To Take The Abortion Pill But My Boyfriend

I plan to take the abortion pill but my boyfriend will realize I'm bleeding and will make me go to the hospital.. Will they know I took the pill? I rather him not know I did it just rather think it was an abortion.. I have my reasons and feel its best at this time.. Please help
