I Play Saxophone In The School Band. Recently I Noticed

I play saxophone in the school band. Recently I noticed a headache in my back-left area of my head when I play. There is a lump that hurts to touch in the same area. About once a day, I experience muscle contractions in my legs and/or arms. Should I be concerned? Thanks.
