I Played Tennis For About An Hour Twisting A Lot.

I played tennis for about an hour twisting a lot. I am in my lower 50's and I have been sneezing a lot lately. Driving home I sneezed real hard and got a charlie horse like I have gotten in my legs before. It was above my navel to the right. I had to massage it to quite until I got out of the car. Never had that happen before. It hasn't hurt anymore since the drive home. Is it anything to worry about or is that normal sometimes.
