I Playfully Held A Bottle Cap On My Mouth And

I playfully held a bottle cap on my mouth and the extreme suction has caused a blood clot around my lip area making it look horrible. I tried ice. But I applied it directly. Its been 3 hours now. Please suggest me I can't move out like this. Will this mark go? I am so worried
