I Positive That I Have Leakage Problems, My Physical Went

I positive that I have leakage problems, my physical went fine ,but it seems to be wet at certain times of the day than it stops and starts when I lay down for bed. I have to where a pad to bed which I do not like but I don have any choice iam wet. iam so tired of whereing liners or pads daily.
