I Presently Had A Knee Replacement Done And While I

I presently had a knee replacement done and while I was under I had a uranairy tract Foley in place and it became so full that I was in pain I requested it be removed and this is what the result was since then wetti g the bed a d uncontrolled bladder, what can I do to reverse this @? And is this a result of an over full Foley ?
