I Presently Taking Pradaxa 150mg Twice A Day. Today My

I presently taking Pradaxa 150mg twice a day. Today my kidney doc prescribed along with my cardio guy to start taking losartan pot 25mg 1x daily. cardio doc the kidney doc are in agreement.
I have been taking an inhibitor for my lung cancer which caused high BP. Now under control with Hydrolazine
50mg 3x;s a day. Now as of today reduced to 25 mg a day. I have developed bleeding the last few days and have to call the Docs on Fri to see if still bleeding when i go to the bath room also leave gas and blood as well. since Tues i am not taking pradaxa or the he inhibitor to see if bleeding has stopped by fri.
as of now blood has some what gotten much less seems like a good sign.
So is Losartan to be taken with the pradaxa because it seems pradaxa is a big cause of internal bleeding?,
Is Losartan a replacement for the blood thinner Nothing shows on my nuclear stress test and th ct scans show all my organs are clear i do have afib and take meataprolol for the 6yrs.
