I Pressed Down With Force On My Eyebrows Thinking I

I pressed down with force on my eyebrows thinking I cud push fat into my temples after i lost volume after having my teeth extracted. Now my eyebrows are incredibly deformed my bones of my brows are huge n above my brows are swollen n make my forehead look like i have lines that shudnt b there n my temples look even more sucken in.. What have i done this haopened 7mths ago n no improvement
