I Previously Had Strep Throat And Was Treated With Antibiotics,

I previously had strep throat and was treated with antibiotics, however my throat has continued to hurt >7 days now. I feel it more so when I yawn or sometimes when I am talking. I have tried gargling warm salt water but it has been unsuccessful in relieving the pain. Are there any other suggestions?
