I Pricked Mt Finger Not Sure If It Was A

I pricked mt finger not sure if it was a bug or thorn. I was earlier picking up branches and debris and it pricked into my finger. It bread but now it's swollen with small white circular dot while the rest of the finger pad is swollen. What is the remedy
