I Pricked My Knee On A Small Rusty Nail, There

I pricked my knee on a small rusty nail, there was no blood at all, and it didnt look like the nail had pierced my skin. A few days after i noticed where the nail had pricked me, the area around it is red and looks a tiny bit inflamed ? I dont know what is wrong and what should i do ?
