I Pulled In To My Garage During A Rain. Unfortunately

I pulled in to my garage during a rain. Unfortunately I was wearing crocks that had very little tread. Stopped my SUV Mercury Mountaineer and when I stepped out of the vehicle, my feet flew out from under me. On the way down, the back of my head bounced off the step bumper and then on to the concrete floor. No pain, no blood. I just laid there a few minutes and felt OK , so I went in the house. This happened about a month and a half ago. Since then, I have lost my sense of smell and taste. I am getting a CT scan tomorrow and have a follow up the following week with an ENT. Please advise if you have any other suggestions.
