I Punched A Wall And Immediately After I Had A

I punched a wall and immediately after I had a lump form between my 3rd and 4th fingers by the knuckle I've left it 2 days now I have red bruise covering the entire of my backhand with white dots in the middle I don't want to go up a&e as I don't want to wait 4-5 hours to get seen to find out I haven't broken anything... Any help as to what this may be??
