I Punctured The Inside Of My Arm By The Elbow

I punctured the inside of my arm by the elbow with a sharp garden tool last Sunday. My neighbor helped and we cleaned up the wound got the bleeding stopped. We put a stria strip and bandage on the cut and polysporn, The arm was sore and itchy and had a rash off and on but it looked like the cut was healing nicely. I did feel like my arm may of been a little swelled and also little bumps inside the skin in my upper inside arm. I did get a tech shot from a Nurse Practitioner on Tuesday (in the other arm) and she said it looked like it was healing nicely but I did have some bruising and she also said I was lucky that I did not hit a vain. Hey how I been have itchy rashs off and on the past few days and today my arm is sweald around the wrist especially and hard and also hot.
