I Purchased Peritol From Jamaica Through Ebay It Does Nothing

I purchased Peritol from Jamaica through ebay it does nothing what so ever for me each tablet is printed with the name on it and it came in the correct package sealed, yet years ago I got periactin from my doctor I could not stay awake for a week with just one a day and they did work, should I have these tested?
