I Put Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (3%) In My Ears

I put food grade hydrogen peroxide (3%) in my ears last night and this morning because I have a bit of congestion/cold. Last night it was fine but after I did it this morning it seems that not all of it came out and my ear is plugged and I have a throbbing pain in my ear and a bit under my ear by my jaw. Any suggestions?
