I Quit Taking My Apriso For 3 Days As I

I quit taking my apriso for 3 days as I forgot and tonite I have cramping around waist and stomach and aches , I have tried ice and heat and neither helped could it be inflamed and by stopping arpriso it has started hurtiong badly. I thought maybe that wsas it and took and aspirin but then I remembered I had not talken apriso so I just took 5 on top of that aspirin was that a mistake.thank you for being their
