I Ran A Half Marathon, I Got Up With A

I ran a half marathon, I got up with a headache before the run and it was still there at the beginning of the run, but faded away during the run.
I now getting ready to go to bed and have noticed this really big vain sticking out right where the headache was this mornimg.
What should I do?
