I Ran A Test Of USG ABDOMEN &PELVIS On Docter's

I ran a test of USG ABDOMEN &PELVIS on docter's advice and the test report showed multiple well defined,anechoic cysts are seen in both ovaries, all less than 10 mm in diameter , depicting a typical string of Pearls appearance. Increased echogenic stroma is seen .RI and PI values are within normal limits.No dominant follicle on either side.
Please tell me how my report is actually , are these cysts harmful and what prescriptions should i taken?
