I Ran Into Coldrex HotRem Blackcurrant + Vitamin C In

I ran into Coldrex HotRem Blackcurrant + Vitamin C in Europe, and found it to be a wonder drug for a very bad cold/flu I had. However, I can't seem to find it anywhere in the States.
