I Ran Into A Glass Door Face First 2 Nights

I ran into a glass door face first 2 nights ago and when it happened i blacked out for about 2 seconds and then i was very confused for about 3 more seconds and then i left. On the way home i didnt notice too much nose or forehead pain but i had a nauseating headache. The headache has been on and off since then but today i noticed pain and pressure in my nose. It hurts to touch and is causing nausea and a terrible migraine. I took 800mg of ibuprofen and after 2 hours the pain has remained the same. There is no bruising that i have noticed and it hasnt bled but there is a little bump on the bridge. I am not sure if it's anything to worry about, i just want the pain to go away.
