I Ran Into A Wall. Two Days Later I Gradually

I ran into a wall. Two days later I gradually got swelling between my eyes on top of nose in conjunction with small bump on left side of head. It is a week later and gradually getting better every day. Treated with ice pack a few times and never needed to take any pain relievers. Do I need to go to Doctor at this point? Thanks, TC YYYY@YYYY
