I ran miles 8 miles today as part of my running program and noticed pain in my left foot right away but kept running. At the end it felt better but is now much worse and is very difficult to walk. It does not hurt unless I stand, walk or press on it. I assume this will go away within a few days but wonder if I should put a pressure ball on it to help stretch the muscle?
