I Ran Out Of Medicine For My Diabetes And High

I ran out of medicine for my diabetes and high blood pressure because my doctor transferred to another clinic and when I needed refills they kept getting denied to the pharmacy. When I finally checked with the clinic is when I found out what was happening. It has been a few days since I ran out and My BP meds and my BP is 197/118. Should it be that high after only a few days of missing meds. I do finally have an appointment tomorrow.
