I Randomely Am Making Kind Of Snorting Or Farting Noises

I randomely am making kind of snorting or farting noises after tonsillectomy coming from the left back side of my mouth under my tongue. It's really annoying and also loud and generally unattractive and I wanna know if this will ever end??? It might be due to the craters left after my tonsillectomy? I'm fully healed now and fine it's been 2 weeks I just wanna know why this is
