I Rcently Had Total Knee Replacement And Am On Endone

I rcently had total knee replacement and am on endone for the pain with tramadol 50 mg for breakthrough pain. I am having difficulty urinating. I really want to go but produce very little and then need to go again not long after. Could these medications becausing my problem?
