I reached out to catch my 16 month grandson who was falling off couch
The weight when I caught him with one arm I heard and felt a pop now my arm hurts bad hard to move and cannot lift anything. Slight swelling at elbow but hurts to tough above the elbow . Took some Tylenol and iced should I see a doctor
