I Read An Article In Pharmacy Times That Drugs With

I read an article in Pharmacy Times that drugs with anticholingeric properties have been linked with clouded cognition and even increased mortality. I have been taking Alavert D 12 hour for many years for over 25 years. I was first prescribed this medication (originally Claritin D) by my allergist in short after allergy testing showed I had a severe reaction to histamine. Two questions:
1. Is Alavert D a drug with anticholingeric properties?
2. If the answer is yes, is there another drug I can take to control my hay fever/chronic sinus issues?
