I Read My MRI/ct Findings. I Saw That I Have

I read my MRI/ct findings. I saw that I have Spina bidifa occulta on c4,5,6 and low lying conus medularis and split cord malformation. I had the MRI due to a concussion and second fall. Anyway all my life I've had problems with my left foot and leg. And I have chronic low back pain and a saccral dimple. Could this be connected. What should I ask my neurologist at my appointment?
