I Realize This Is Very General But I Have Hand/arm

I realize this is very general but I have hand/arm tremors and my family doctor told me to take vitamin B. I have been taking it for two months and they are getting worse. My doctor has/will not run tests to see what else it might be. He says it's just part of getting old. I see lots of older people who do not shake...what can I do?
