I Really Feel Like I'm Going To Have A Seizure.

I really feel like I'm going to have a seizure. I've looked up the symtoms and I've had all of them. I've never had a seizure before to my knowledge but I have has sleep paralysis and sudden electricity jerks in my brain that shiver down my body. I also have an extreme case of anxiety and sometimes insomnia. Im terrified and my family just tells me I'm an hypocondriac. I need someone to tell me what's wrong with me or I think I'll go insane.
