I Really Need Answers. So I Have Been Trying To

I really need answers. So I have been trying to get pregnant since August but when September came around in hope I was able to conceive I had thin light bleeding and spotting for a few days I took a test and I t came out negative so then I tried again and now I am in October and I am late but I have been feeling like I am going to get my period so I took another test and it came out negative. Is there any chance that I can be pregnant ?
