I Really Need Some Answer, Because I Have A Huge

I really need some answer, because I have a huge bump on my face. I don't know if it's pimple or what. And it won't go away for about 6 months. It's color is black and when I touch it doesn't hurt but it's very annoying because it is very large dot on my face. What am I going to do?
