I Really Need To Know Whether Some Girls Are Born

I really need to know whether some girls are born with a rare, sort of a built in chastity belt that prevents them from having sex until they have surgery to remove it. And if they have sex before it has been removed, they will bleed out and die. Or is this a myth parents tell their daughter's to keep them pure?
