I Really Think I Have Wax Build Up And Blockage

I really think I have wax build up and blockage in my right ear..however I've been to the ENT and he claims I don't but he never even looked in my ears..he assessed his conclusion due to looking at the audiologists report of the ear drum test..my ear drum is supposedly responding well….my question is.. Is it still possible that I have impacted ear wax?
