I Reccently Had 15 Keratoses On My Legs Burned With

I reccently had 15 keratoses on my legs burned with liquid nitrogen by an MD. They blistered. A few blisters broke over subsequent days. One seems infected. Have put neosporin on it and bandaged it but tightness and discomfort prevented me from sleeping. (it is past midnight here.) I have soaked it in epsom salts and run hydrogen peroxide on it and elevated it. Still uncomfortable, but better. Now what?
