I Rec,d The Pneumovax Pneumonia Vaccine Yesterday. My Arm Is

I rec,d the Pneumovax pneumonia vaccine yesterday. My arm is very painful at and around the injection site. Is this normal? I took Tylenol which did not help. I then tried Motrin with no success. I used ice packs

which only helped a bit. What can I do ? I have never had this reaction to any other vaccinations.
