I Receive Lupron Therapy For Post-prostate Surgery Rise In PSAs.

I receive Lupron therapy for post-prostate surgery rise in PSAs. I often (generally at night in bed) get noticeable pain in my groin spreading down to my lower legs. When the pain subsists (sometimes lasts for a minute or so) I immediately get a hot flash. Is this normal? My oncologist says there can be a number of side effects but never says this is one of them.
