I received a C spine MRI today can you please tell me what this means.
The C3-C4 disk space demonstrates moderate right neural foraminal compromise secondary to osseous hypertrophic changes. the left neural foramen is patent. spinal stenosis not apparent
the C4-C5 disk space demonstrates a mild right paracentral/lateral disc bulge. the does not cause appreciable neural foraminal compromise or spinal stenosis although does indent and slightly deform the anterior thecal sac and abut the anterior margin of the spinal cord.
