I Received A PPSV Yesterday As Part Of A Workup

I received a PPSV yesterday as part of a workup for possible functional IgG deficiency. IgA was below 5, but IgG and IgM levels were good. I only had 2 of 14 titers. I will have titers redrawn in 4-6 weeks. The injection site was sore after shot, but today my whole body aches like I have the flu. I know that muscle aches and low grade fever can happen after vaccines, but are they a good sign that my immune system is responding to the vaccine and producing antibodies?
