I Received A Brief Electrical Shock To My Right Hand

I received a brief electrical shock to my right hand while wiring a light switch in my home about 2 1/2 months ago. I felt the shock go through my whole body. I had immediate heart palpitations and light headness at the time. I had full work up of heart in the ER which was unremarkable. I have had significant anxiety since then along with insomnia and fatigue. Recently I started having muscle twitches consistently for the last 3 weeks mostly in calf muscles but all over body as well. I had a normal EMG and nerve conduction test. Can these symptoms still be connected to the electrical shock or more from the anxiety?
