I Received A Cortisone Inject In My Wrist 5 Days

I received a cortisone inject in my wrist 5 days ago. A very smal, minor bruise resulted at the time. Today, without explanation, it became much darker. It is still small but appears to be spreading. Not much discomfort, but color--deep purple--is worrisome.
