I Received A Cortisone Injection For My Hip On Friday.

I received a cortisone injection for my hip on Friday. My blood pressure yesterday was 147/80/ heart beat was 68, before that my blood pressure was 126/68/ heart beat was 62 and today the third day after the cortisone shot my blood pressure is 180/90 and the heart beat is 86. Didn't sleep well at all. Have been on 2mg for lowering blood pressure before my cortisone shot. How long will my blood pressure stay up and what should I do in a meantime. Thank you for your answer
