I Received A Heart Transplant In 2014, I Am On

I received a heart transplant in 2014, I am on three antirecession drugs. Prograf remeron and predizone. I am starting to get hot and cold flashes I am also taking testosterone shots once every three weeks,plus extreme fatique. what would your opinion be on the causes of the hot and cold flashes and extreme fatique? I am a 63 yr. old male
