I Received A Knife Wound Two Weeks Ago And Received

I received a knife wound two weeks ago and received stitches on the top of my left hand. The wound heald fine any stitches were removed two dats ago. Ther was a lot of redness and it was quit swollen and they gave me Cephalexin to treat what the called celulitus. I've been on it for two days and it does not seem or be getting better. My hand is very red and very swollen. It is now swollen in my wrist. I am not near my primary Dr and won't be for two or three days. Im not at all happy with the emergency room care that I received. Can you help?
