I Received A Minor Electrical Shock Yesterday While Taking A

I received a minor electrical shock yesterday while taking a thermostat out of a oven (several 'hot' wires) because i forgot to turn off the breaker. It made me jump back and my hand stung and was tingling for a few. I don't know if it's related or ironic timing but right after it happened i had auunusual pain or tingling in my forehead on upper left side. I looked in mirror and have a redish purple mark, a line about a 1/2 long. Could there be any correlation in this and being shocked?
